Your account
Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.
Learning and credentials
Providers are responsible for their course content, assessment criteria and delivery. A credential records an achievement; it does not guarantee employment, licensing or professional recognition unless explicitly stated.
Payments and refunds
Applicable prices, taxes, renewal terms and refund conditions are presented at checkout. Confirmed refunds may revoke associated enrolment or credentials where required.
Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, share private learning materials, impersonate another person or submit work dishonestly.
