Why we use it
We use information to provide learning services, record progress, issue credentials, process confirmed payments, support users, meet legal obligations and protect the platform.
Organisation academies
When you join an organisation's academy, that organisation may act as a data controller for its learning programme and access relevant participation and outcome records.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only as needed for service, legal and credential-verification purposes. You may request access, correction or other applicable rights by contacting privacy@rimays.com.
Security
We use access controls, tenant separation, encrypted transport and audit records. No internet service can promise absolute security.
